Each of the four looters have a notebook entry, and are named Reinhold, Banchester, Tarquin, and Septimus.The last, Gary Peake, has a notebook entry, however, he does not have a notebook picture, and he uses a placeholder model.Three more, named Taylor Nightinggale, Sarah Stayer, and Marvin Horner, seemed to have been regular civilians.These three characters were restored for the spin-off game, Dead Rising 2: Off the Record.Dale's model seemed to have been used for the dead security guard found in case 1-3, but his notebook entries are still unused. Three of which, named Julius Reinke, Oscar Dingman, and Dale Kerpan seemed to be security guards for the arena.

Next, I went to West Ridge from North Peak without loading new Case. There, the vendors returned for North Peak shelter as well. When approached, the event to save the shelter was triggered again. At this point, North Peak shelter was shown as green and at level 0 on the map. Now, Megaplex shelter returned to normal.Īfter upgrading Megaplex shelter to level 5, I loaded CASE 3 and went to North Peak.

So first, I loaded CASE 1, and the game was able to trigger the event to save Megaplex shelter, so I cleared it. Like others in the same situation, the bug left all my shelters empty and at level 0. After being affected by this bug 2 days ago, I just managed to recover all my emergency shelters without using a new save. Recovering from the bug on the same save is possible.
